TERMS AND DEFINITIONS:
ANSPDCP = National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
The personal numerical code (CNP) = a significant number that uniquely identifies a natural person, constituting an instrument for checking its civil status and identifying in certain information systems by authorized persons;

Personal data with function of general applicability (special data) = numbers by which a natural person is identified in certain records systems and which have general applicability, such as: personal numeric code, series and number of the deed. identity, passport number, driving license, social insurance or health number;
Anonymous data - data that, due to their specific origin or method of processing, cannot be associated with an identified or identifiable person
Operator - The natural or legal person, the public authority, the agency or the body which, alone or together with others, establishes the purposes and the means of processing the personal data; when the purposes and means of processing are established by Union law or national law, the operator or the specific criteria for its designation may be provided for in Union law or in national law;
Person empowered by the operator - a natural or legal person, of private or public law, including public authorities, their institutions and territorial structures, who process personal data on behalf of the operator;
The person in charge of data protection - the person designated with:
Informing and advising the operator as well as the employees about their obligations regarding data protection;
Monitoring compliance with the GDPR regulation and operator policies regarding the protection of personal data, including awareness raising and staff training;
Providing advice on assessing the impact on data protection and monitoring its functioning;
Cooperation with the supervisory authority;
Assume the role of contact point for the supervisory authority regarding the processing aspects;
Personal data processing - any operation or set of operations that is performed on personal data, by automatic or non-automatic means, such as collecting, recording, organizing, storing, adapting or modifying, extracting, consulting, using, disclosing to third parties by transmission, dissemination or in any other way, joining or combining, blocking, deleting or destroying;
Storage - keeping on any kind of personal data collected, while respecting the protection of personal data "from the moment of conception and by default" (by design and by default);
User - any person who acts under the authority of the operator, authorized person or representative, with a recognized right of access to personal databases.
Videle City Hall collects, stores and uses your personal data when you access or interact with the web and mobile application. The privacy policy of the Videle City Hall is applicable from 08.08.2019
Videle City Hall collects, processes and obliges to maintain the confidentiality of personal data provided through the tourist application, according to Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, with subsequent amendments.
The main purpose for which personal data is collected relates to the processing of information on the basis of which coherent and correct decisions can be made in the management of the tourism system. If the natural persons have given their consent for the collection and processing of optional data, they have the right to request the exclusion from the database of the Empty City Hall of this information, under the conditions specified in Regulation (EU) 679/2016 .

We collect information about you when you provide registration data in the application.

Minimum Security Requirements met by Videle City Hall.
Videle City Hall provides the minimum security requirements for your personal data, a complex of technical, information, organizational, logistical, security procedures and policies which ensure the minimum level of security provided in the Regulation is considered here ( EU) 2016/679 and taking into account the requirements of the national legislation and ANSPDCP decisions in this field.
Videle City Hall has adopted appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorized access.
Videle City Hall has taken measures to safely store information on personal data, so that an adequate level of protection and security is ensured, within the meaning of ANSPDCP decisions in this area and within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Emails sent to the Videle City Hall's servers
When you send a message to the e-mail address displayed in the application, we collect your e-mail address and any other information you provide in that e-mail (such as your name, telephone number and information contained in any signature block in the email).

c) in other cases, with the approval of the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data and only on the condition that adequate safeguards are in place to respect the rights of the data subjects.

The collection and processing of personal data having a function of identification of general applicability, including their disclosure, by making and retaining copies of the identity card or documents containing them, is prohibited, except in the situations provided in points a) , b) and c) above.

Depending on their nature, your data is stored for various periods of time, in compliance with the legislation in force in Romania including Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and taking into account the Legitimate Interest of the Videle City Hall.
